University of Richmond Student ID Card

(a.k.a. the "One Card" or Spider Card)

Student ID cards standard issue to traditional students attending courses on campus, yet are traditionally, not seen as a necessity for Internet students. This is just not so. You can use your student ID to get discounts on everything from computers and software, to Ipods (Typically, you must purchase these items through the manufacturers website or retail outlet store. ex. Apple & Dell.), movie tickets and sometimes even plane tickets and hotel rooms.

Here is how you can get yours:

Contact Dianne St. John, Operations Coordinator in the One-Card Office dstjohn@richmond.edu and send a digital photograph of yourself (from the shoulders up) with a request for a student ID card. Explain that you are an Internet student in the ESM program. Note that the email message must originate from your UR email address only and you must include your university ID number and home mailing address as part of the email message.
