Searching The Web

When looking for information on the world wide web there are several different tools that can be used:

A useful reference that I found was Sink or Swim: Internet Search Tools & Techniques by Ross Tyner, Okanagan University College Library during the ISYS 101 module on Learning Objects. The excercises at the end of the workshop were very helpful.

After you have found what you are looking for you will need to evaluate the InternetResource the site for it's accuracy, authority, quality, and currency.
