Create a few Favorites folders for links to your UR email , Blackboard, BannerWeb, netLibrary login, and any other course specific sites you will visit often.
Create Word ® document folders for each course you are enrolled in to keep your assignments organized. Keep copies of all of your assignments. You will draft your posts in a Word ® document and then cut and paste it onto BlackBoard.
Set up a calendar or use the My Tasks section of BlackBoard to keep track of assignment due dates.
If you aren’t all that proficient at HTML keep a document with some basic HTML commands handy so that you can cut and paste them into your assignments to create live links or bold, centered, and italicized text on your posts.
