File Folders

An organized and convenient way to keep up with your work on your computer system is by creating file folders. File folders on your computer system is the same concept as the files at your desk. You place individual folders into a drawer. The drawer on your computer can be your desktop, or another folder (usually My Documents folder).

Next, you use the folders to file away your papers. Your papers on your computer system would be the individual work that you wish to save.
