Using NetOps, the instructor can monitor the student computer screens (individually or as a group). This allows instructors to identify students who may be struggling or who may be using the computer for activities not associated with class.
1. Open NetOps Teacher: Start > All Programs > NetOp School > Teacher

2. Using the Details, Classroom or Thumbnail view (located in the left hand column), select the computer or computers to which you would like to send the view of your desktop. You may do this through click and drag or by holding CTRL and selecting the computers individually.
3. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Control button. Select Monitor Students.
4. This will bring up the view of a single monitor (should be the first on the list) and the monitor control window. The monitor function will move through the individual screens at 10-second intervals. You can control the monitor playback movement using the following controls:
- Stop monitoring button - cancels the monitor function, returns to NetOps? Teacher.
- Play - restarts the timing process
- Pause - pauses the timing process on the current monitor
- Back - switches the monitor view to the previous computer on the list
- Forward - switches the monitor view to the next computer on the list
- Remote control - allows the instructor to remotely control the computer in the current monitor view.
- Toggle fullscreen - current monitor view mode covers your screen (this reduces your need to scroll around the remote view)
- Recording control - starts a recording of the current monitor view
- Printscreen to Teacher - copies a snapshot of the current monitor view to the instructor station's clipboard
- Drop down menu - the button on the far right of the control allows you to change the current monitor view to any selected computer
