Using NetOps, the instructor may take control over a student's computer. This allows the teacher to assist the student in troubleshooting issues without requireing the instructor to leave their workstation.
1. Open NetOps Teacher: Start > All Programs > NetOp School > Teacher

2. Using the Details, Classroom or Thumbnail view (located in the left hand column), select the computer or computers to which you would like to send the view of your desktop. You may do this through click and drag or by holding CTRL and selecting the computers individually.
3. Select the Control button. This will open a display of the student's desktop on your computer and move input control (keyboard and mouse function) to your computer. The session control panel (a small, horizontal window with several buttons) will appear on the bottom right corner of your display.
4. When you wish to return control, select the end session button (the button on the far left of the session control panel). The student's computer will stop displaying your desktop and will regain normal input.
