• What are the boundaries between technical testing and usability testing? Who is checking what and has that been quantified/written down?
• Do we have common failure issues with past images/changes over time (kind of a "make sure you check X" list)
• What kind of training do we want? Will it differ between OS and Office (web, f2f, mix)? Training vs overview vs migration guide . . .
